Our Iberico meats come straight from the heart of Extremadura, a region renowned for its vast oak-filled landscapes. In this area, the pigs live almost like wild animals, roaming freely with around two hectares of space each. These full-breed Iberico pigs spend their lives in this natural environment, feeding exclusively on acorns, which gives the meat its signature rich and nutty flavor.
The acorn diet not only enhances the taste but also results in a leaner meat with less fat and more depth in texture. The pigs are raised organically, with no shortcuts taken, ensuring the highest quality meat that’s both ethically sourced and delicious.
