Bodegas Trespiedras came our way via a befriended chef, he was a big fan already and suggested us to have a look. The next day we were kindly welcomed by one of the two brothers of Bodegas Trespiedras, he showed us everything, the vineyards, the old caves, the shed where they produce the wine. These two brothers used to sell all of their grape production to big cooperations, now the best 10% is saved for own production, and it is amazing. Nobbis is the first wine of this Bodega, the price quality is outstanding. It’s a powerful wine with enough strength to hold up against meats and veggies. It’s ripe and has some tannins.
