Unanimous Finca Santa Cruz

Bodegas Trespiedras came our way via a befriended chef, he was a big fan already and suggested us to have a look. The next day we were kindly welcomed by one of the two brothers of Bodegas Trespiedras, he showed us everything, the vineyards, the old caves, the shed where they produce the wine. These two brothers used to sell all of their grape production to big cooperations, now the best 10% is saved for own production, and it is amazing. This white wine made of Albillo Mayor is a great example of what they do. It’s a native grape from the area and its comes to its own in this wine. Is complex, balanced, its round, soft, with tones of honey, apricot and a hint of orange.
