Casa Castillo Monastrell Ecologico

Casa Castillo Monastrell is a blend of 60% Monastrell, 20% Garnacha and 20% Syrah, partly (up to 35% of them) from vines on the valley floor, where there's a higher content in silt. The destemmed grapes fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts, and the wine matured in 5,000-liter oak foudres and 500-liter oak barrels for 12 months.
