Chorrera Cream Oloroso Dulce
This sweet Malagan wine is made with oxidative ageing for 2-3 years in oak barrels and then sweetened with young Pedro Ximenez. The oxidative maturing then continues for another five years in the American oak barrels. The wine is caramel sweet with hints of wood, toast and walnuts.
