El Cameleón
Viñedos Verticales is one of the wineries that have brought life back to the Málaga area. Instead of just making sweet dessert wines and sherries, they focus on making good, dry wines from native grape varieties such as Romé and Doradilla. They work biodynamically and organically, the grapes are grown high in the mountains, and it results in very beautiful fresh red wines and slightly oxidative white wines. El Camaleón has a bright and mauve color, it has lots of red fruit and cherries that give way to balsamic and mineral notes. On the palate fresh with a good persistence.
