Extrema Pet Nat Tinto

Extrema is made in a fully biodynamic and biological winery. They make a whole ecosystem around the wine to not have to intervene in any possible way. The whole vineyard is full of different plants, for example they plant peas to keep the nutritions in the soil, they plant aromatic plants to attract bugs, they make a small pond to attract bigger animals, they make little houses to attract owls and bats, and so on to keep the ecosystem as diverse as possible.

This pet nat tinto is made from Garnacha, Tempranillo, Eva Beba, Alarije, Cayetana, Alicante Bouchet, its a lot of cassis flavours, fresh and super juicy
