Fresquito Tinaja

Perez Baquero is known for his amazing sherry wines. But he also makes dry white wines, like this wine. It’s made of a sherry grape (Pedro Ximenez) and with some sherry methods (flor) but is a dry white wine. The wine ages 8 months in jars with some flor, giving this vivid wine a touch of nuts, with a unique freshness.
