The goal of Bodegas Exopto is to bring the world of Rioja before all the big wineries start (1900) together with the Rioja how we know it nowadays. They work in a relatively small Bodega focusing on terroir. They focus on one grape and old vines of 20 to 90 years old. This wine is elegant, smooth and it has a subtle hint of spices.
