Palo Cortado Regente

Palo Cortado is in terms of taste between Oloroso and Fino, its dry, full and round, it has tones of butter, orange, saline and vanilla. This sherry fits perfectly with nuts, old cheeses, jamón Iberico and dark chocolate.
