Vara Y Pulgar
The biological vineyard of Vara y Pulgar is located in Pago de Balbaína, the plants are 90 years old. The vineyard is planted on the albariza soil, the unique soil of this area full of chalk. The name Vara y Pulgar is a pruning method from this area, invented after the breakout of Phylloxera. The wine is full, with spicy hints, a minerality and freshness. Perfectly combined with game meat for example.
