Senda Las Moradas
Las Moradas de San Martin was longer on our list to visit. We had tried some of their wines and were a big fan of how winemaker Isabel Galindo makes these incredibly flavorful wines from native grapes from the Madrid region and works completely biological with heart for the nature.
This Garnacha from plots ranging from 40 to 85 years old. These wines are planted on sandy soils made of gravel and rocks, and give very fresh grapes, with a fruity, floral profile. The moderate use of oak makes Senda the freshest of our wines. Bottled without filtering, nor stabilising, nor fining. The purity of the Garnacha of our terroir. 100% ECO and vegan.
