La Vall Mas Sinén
A wine from the very popular and famous region; Priorat. Tipped via a neighbour we ended up at this winery. Warmly welcomed by the winemaker and his wife for a long tour through the winery. Between the 300 and 500 meters above sea level. The age of the vines range from 5 to the age of 70 and the soil is llicorella, characteristic shale of the D.O.Q. Priorat.
This wine has a highly intense, lively vermillion red colour, complex yet direct aromas with predominant mature black and red fruits, notes of minerals and forest herbs. Flavours are strong and full, layered with delicate tannins, round and fresh.
