Las Varas
Our great aged white wine. It comes from an old vineyard located 80 meters from the dividing line between Alcarria and Madrid, next to the Cañada Real Soriana Oriental, owned by the Mesta de Pastores since 1273 and in use since time immemorial.
The vines, planted in clay with limestone outcrops, fully express the terroir and enhance the mineral character of the native malvar grape. A small contribution of Torrontés (also locally known as Aris) gives it a subtle floral background.
The result is a wine destined for greatness. Original and unique, intense and full of character, with body and a long, fresh finish.
