Basque evening at Hito with wines from Bodegón 28th November

Friday, November 28, Hito will be all about the Basque Country the origin of their cuisine. Chef Rogier Trip will prepare a special menu (€75, excluding drinks) featuring txuleton beef as the star of the evening. Exceptional Spanish wines, carefully selected by us, will accompany the dishes. With music, fire, stories, and flavors, we’ll take you on a journey at the table.

Pablo and Marte will be there to explain you all about the wine pairing and rest of the amazing wines available. We will bring some real rare pearls only available on this evening.
