This will be a special night with La Rana. Gigio’s last dinner and final service with us, hosted at Laak Bar & Club Laak.
The 10-course menu will be a creative collaboration between Gigio, Andrea, Guti, and Tommy. Tommy was Gigio’s sous-chef about four years ago and has since gained great fine-dining experience.
The wines will be selected by Mario, sommelier at Tupio as well as a good friend, together with me. Mario and Guti now work side by side at Tupio (a fine-dining concept) and Finca La Desa (their more traditional project). Both have also worked in some of Spain’s best restaurants.
After dinner, everyone can go a bit crazy at Club Laak!
